Every price range published on this site is a 2026 Greater Toronto Area market range intended to help you plan. It is not an offer, a quote, or a binding price.

A binding price comes only from a written estimate prepared after we have attended your property, measured the work and inspected the relevant conditions. Where a published range and a written estimate differ, the written estimate governs.

Information on this site about the Ontario Building Code, permit requirements, secondary suite rules, deck construction and municipal registration is provided in good faith and reflects our understanding at the time of writing.

Requirements change, and they are applied differently by different municipalities. Your local building department and the current Ontario Building Code are always the final authority. Nothing on this site is legal, engineering or code-compliance advice, and you should not rely on it in place of a professional opinion or a municipal determination.
