When you submit the estimate form on this website we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, city, the service you are interested in, your budget and timeline ranges, and any project details you write in the message field.

We do not collect payment information through this website. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.

We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, arrange a free in-home estimate, and prepare a quote for the work you asked about. If you become a client, we retain the information necessary to administer your contract, permits and warranty.

We may contact you by phone, text message, WhatsApp or email using the details you provide. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will.

We share your information only where it is necessary to do the work: with the licensed electricians, plumbers and engineers engaged on your project, and with your municipality or the Electrical Safety Authority where a permit or inspection requires it.

Enquiries submitted through this website may be delivered to our email inbox by a third-party email service provider. That provider processes the message in transit and does not use it for any other purpose.

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to twenty-four months and then deleted. Records relating to completed projects are retained for as long as required to honour the workmanship warranty and to satisfy Canadian tax and business record-keeping obligations.

This website does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If analytics are enabled in future, they will be limited to aggregate, non-identifying measurement of page views, and this policy will be updated before that happens.
